What if I don’t have the app?
Don’t worry, if you are not using our app you will always receive an update via email. You will also receive a text message for the high priority updates such as “your booking has been confirmed”.
Not receiving notifications / text messages as expected?
- Please check your phone settings. Push-notifications for the app need to be turned on within your phones own settings. It can not be done through your Cat in a Flat profile settings.
- Deleted the app but still not receiving text messages? Please click through to your booking from an email, after a while this should trigger the sms service again for you.
