A ‘Booked’ status will change to ‘Paid’ the day before the booking is due to start - this means that the payment has now been taken from the cat owner and will automatically be transferred to your bank account within 5 - 7 business days.
If the status has not changed this means that the payment might have failed. The cat owner will have been alerted to this, but we would also advise sending them a little reminder when you do your daily update.
